1. I love your wine glass style, but can you create something based on my own drawing?

Shenhua: Yes, we custom your glasses for you, any colour and any shape. Our skilled glassware knowledge can help find out the potential design flaws so as to shorten your development time.

 

2. How long are the sample time and lead time?

Shenhua: Sample time is within 15-25 days for new mold glassware, and lead time is around 15-35 days. Rush orders are negotiable.

 

3. What is your MOQ?
 In Shenhua, different glassware has different MOQ:

• For off-the-shelf glasses, any quantity is welcome.
• For mouthblown/handmade glasses, the MOQ is 2000pcs. - Reference drinkware - wine glass, whiskey glass, etc
• For machine-made/machine-blown glasses, the MOQ is 1000-50000pcs. - Reference pressed glass and glass bottles
• For centrifugal casting glasses, the MOQ is 1,000pcs. - Reference special water tumblers and bowls

 

4. Do you provide certificates for your glassware? = Do you have certifications for your glassware?

Shenhua: Yes, we utilize premium raw materials free from lead and cadmium, all of our handmade and machine made glasses are compliant with CE food contact, LFGB, FDA, Prop 65, and other related food contact regulations. 

 

5. What are the shipping options?

Shenhua: Glassware By sea, By air, By truck, By train and By courier are available according to the order quantity and shipping time, the reliable freight forwarders we work with all provide strong support through their global branch offices helping you save time and cost.

 

6. What if our glass arrives broken?

Shenhua: If any glasses arrive damaged, we will refund the money, offer a discount, or replace them in the next order. It is advised that you take clear pictures of all the damages so we understand the damages and file claims against the insurance company.
